The pursuit of technical excellence is one of our primary objectives, enabling us to deliver solutions that generate greater value and competitiveness for our clients' businesses. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain electronic transaction processing systems using microservices architecture. * Implement RESTful services and APIs for efficient, low-latency communication. * Enhance and maintain legacy systems and support migration to new technologies. * Design, build, and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes. * Utilize AWS services (e.g., ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) to implement, scale, and monitor applications. * Collaborate closely with commercial and operations teams to ensure solutions meet business and performance requirements. * Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best development practices. * Monitor and resolve production system issues, ensuring high availability and performance. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve architecture and development processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in: Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Computer, Software), Information Systems, Computer Science, Analysis and Systems Development (ADS), or related fields. * Solid experience as a full-stack developer. * Advanced proficiency in front-end programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like Angular. * Proven experience developing and maintaining back-end web applications using C\#. * In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB), along with skills in designing and optimizing complex database schemas. * Experience leading development projects and mentoring junior team members. * Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure management. * Advanced knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices. * Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to devise creative solutions to complex technical challenges. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge of AI development **Additional Information** #### **Our Benefits** Opportunity to work at a rapidly expanding company Gifts on special occasions Hybrid work model with 2 days per week onsite Meal voucher Food allowance Life insurance Transportation allowance or parking PET care plan Medical assistance Childcare assistance Maternity kit Dental assistance Pharmacy discount program Profit Sharing and Results Program Partnerships with universities and language schools Relaxation area Workplace gymnastics PDE\&I \- Educational and Language Development Program Flexible dress code TotalPass Program *GER7 does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, gender, age, non-disabling disability for the role, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by local legislation.
