Main Responsibilities * Manage the restaurant’s daily operations; * Lead, develop, and train the team; * Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and food safety standards; * Monitor sales, cost, productivity, and profitability indicators; * Control expenses and inventory; * Guarantee excellence in customer service; * Plan and track goals, implementing actions to improve results; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Minimum of **18 months** of experience in restaurant management, fast food, food retail, or related fields; * Experience leading teams; * Availability to work on a **6x1 rotating schedule (including closing shifts)**.
