Job Summary: A professional to lead a team and manage the production of uniforms and PPE, ensuring quality, process optimization, and technical training. Key Highlights: 1. Technical development and training of the team. ***Uniforms and PPE manufacturing industry.*** ***Requirements:*** * Must reside in Bragança Paulista or nearby cities; * Prior experience in this role; * Advanced technical expertise in sewing and operation of sewing machines; * Leadership ability, people management skills, and conflict mediation capability; * Familiarity with digital technical specifications; * Experience with large-scale production; * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. ***Responsibilities:*** * Production and Team Management: Lead seamstresses/seamsters, organize data, set production targets and schedules. * Quality and Processes: Ensure product quality, perform adjustments, inspect production, and guarantee compliance with patterns and specifications. * Technical and Operational Duties: Provide technical support to the team, operate and adjust sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, etc.), and identify repair needs. * Resource Management: Control waste, inputs, and materials, guiding the team toward optimal utilization. * Training: Onboard new employees and train the team on new techniques or products. ***About the Position:*** * On-site \- Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:30, and Friday from 07:30 to 15:50\. * Quarterly bonus upon achievement of targets \+ Basic Food Basket \+ Dental and Pharmacy Benefits (at no cost) \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Life Insurance.
