Job Summary: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator with experience in industrial machines and elastic fabrics for sewing cells in fitness fashion and sportswear, focused on quality and productivity. A garment manufacturing company with over 20 years of operation in the textile hub of Americana/SP is hiring Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to work in sewing cells within the fitness fashion and sportswear segment. We seek professionals with proven experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and productivity. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, banding machine, and flat seamer). Perform stitching on elastic fabrics such as knits, Lycra, Supplex, and dry-fit. Assemble garments following technical sheets and quality standards. Perform finishing tasks and visual inspection of garments. Ensure continuous workflow within the sewing cell. Maintain workstation organization and machine upkeep. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience as an industrial sewing machine operator. Proficiency with industrial straight-stitch and overlock machines. Knowledge of banding machine and/or flat seamer. Experience working with elastic fabrics. Completion of elementary education. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the fitness or sportswear segment. Ability to read technical sheets. Demonstrated high productivity and agility.
