Job Summary: We are seeking a Metalworker to work on special visual communication projects, ensuring the final quality of metal structures. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Metalworker** to work on special visual communication projects, ensuring the final quality of the metal structures produced. This professional will be responsible for performing fabrication, assembly, and installation tasks, as well as supporting sector leadership whenever necessary, ensuring timely deliveries that meet the company’s quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair metal structures for visual communication (e.g., panels, signs, letters, totems, etc.); * Verify work orders by reading and interpreting technical drawings, checking dimensions and specifications; * Select materials, tools, templates, and measuring instruments according to the task to be performed; * Operate metalworking machinery and equipment, such as drills, saws, grinders, welders, shears, brakes, rolling machines, etc.; * Perform welding of metal parts following safety standards and procedures; * Finish parts (e.g., sanding, polishing, shaping) as specified in work orders; * Install LED lighting on metal structures when required; * Assemble and install medium- and high-complexity structures; * Develop and assist in technical training for the department team; * Support department leadership in organizing activities and, when necessary, substitute for the manager; * Update the internal system by closing completed work orders and forwarding them to shipping; * Meet established deadlines and immediately inform leadership in case of delays or discrepancies; * Maintain, clean, and ensure proper care of equipment and the workplace; * Correctly use PPE and comply with occupational safety regulations; * Attend technical and institutional meetings and training sessions. **Requirements** * Technical education in **Technical Drawing** (reading and interpretation); * Minimum **5 years** of experience in metalworking and assembly of metal structures; * Knowledge of **Basic Electrical Systems**; * Completion of **Welding** and **Metalworking** courses; * Organized, responsible profile with strong commitment to deadlines and quality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in special visual communication projects; **We Offer** * *(Competitive market-based salary)* * *(Benefits – to be specified)* * A collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Employment Type**: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
