Experience analyzing requirements, designing test scenarios and cases, recording evidence, identifying defects, and tracking their resolution with development teams. Works with a focus on defect prevention, continuous product improvement, and QA process optimization. Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, as well as integrated, regression, usability, performance, and exploratory testing. Proficiency in test management tools and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Actively collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliveries, clear communication, and a customer-centric perspective.
