Apply now and make chocolate your professional passion! **Responsibilities and Duties** Engages directly with franchisees to present implementation stages for new stores, renovations, and retrofit projects, with special emphasis on serving the company’s Key Accounts; Among key responsibilities are conducting briefings, gathering technical information for project development, monitoring layout and executive project preparation, and submitting proposals for internal committee validation; Participates in recurring meetings with internal company departments to report project status and ensure alignment among involved teams; Supports the development of new project suppliers and continuously trains approved suppliers to ensure quality and standardization in deliverables. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Experience in design and implementation projects for retail stores or commercial establishments; Retail experience is a plus; Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Project management and analysis skills; Ability to structure and organize schedules. **Additional Information** In addition to salary, you’ll enjoy the following benefits: Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher; Food Allowance; Medical Assistance; Life Insurance; Pharmacy Benefit; Product Discounts.
