Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead complex process improvement and automation projects, diagnosing issues and proposing structured business solutions. Key Highlights: 1. More than joining a major company, you will become part of a team committed to excellence, acting purposefully and constantly striving for positive impact — both for the business and for people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead complex process improvement and automation projects. * Diagnose end-to-end processes and propose structured and sustainable solutions. * Consolidate, classify, and prioritize requests, managing project backlogs. * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and action plans. * Conduct interviews, workshops, kick-off meetings, and executive presentations. * Map processes using flowcharts and other modeling tools. * Perform root cause analysis and support decision-making. * Implement improvements and monitor execution to ensure expected results. * Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions on low-code/no-code platforms. * Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for process monitoring. * Document processes, improvements, and automations to ensure solution sustainability. * Serve as a technical reference and support the development of more junior analysts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Technology. * Solid experience in process projects and continuous improvement. * Experience leading complex projects with a consulting approach. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality methodologies (Lean, PDCA, DMAIC, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Whys). * Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, Lists, or similar). * Knowledge of process modeling tools. * Intermediate English proficiency. * **Preferred:** Prior experience with Power BI automation and dashboard creation. **Additional Information** Our Tokio Way of Being reinforces a culture that values who you truly are!
