Learn more about the position below and apply! **We are Aché.** **We are Power.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Job activities and responsibilities:** * Translate complex business problems into clear, objective requirements—connecting strategy, data, and technology. * Work in an environment with multiple stakeholders, ensuring engagement, continuous alignment, and delivery speed. * Consolidate and mature the data product management model, ensuring clarity of priorities and alignment with business areas. * Lead, together with the technical team, the continuous delivery and evolution of data products using agile methodologies—ensuring pace, clarity, and value focus. * Support the business area in advancing strategic initiatives such as data platforms, integrations, and automations—with a product mindset. * Reduce rework and ambiguity through clear documentation, well-conducted discovery, and efficient refinement. * Act as the orchestrator of data products—ensuring prioritization, structured backlogs, strategic vision, and value-driven deliveries. * Conduct discovery sessions, process mapping, and deep-dive analyses of pain points and opportunities with partner areas. * Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and necessary documentation. * Hold frequent alignment sessions with the technical team (engineering, analytics) to clarify requirements and remove blockers. * Monitor deliveries, metrics, and product evolution—defining and tracking success KPIs. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review, and retrospective) as needed. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in product, data, and process management. **Requirements and qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * Experience with agile methodologies and/or traditional management models—including process or project management practices. * Completed undergraduate degree. **Work location:** Guarulhos – Presidente Dutra Highway, Km 222 **Work model:** Remote work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; in-person work on Wednesdays. **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM–5:00 PM; Friday: 7:15 AM–12:15 PM.
