




Job Summary: Perform pre-preparation and preparation tasks across all kitchen areas, including butchery, cooking, cleaning, and sanitation, ensuring quality procedures are followed and preparing basic desserts. Preparation of basic-standard desserts Under the supervision of the head chef or cook, perform pre\-preparation and preparation tasks across all areas, including butchery; execute cooking activities for established preparations; wash pots, utensils, and cutlery; clean and sanitize workstations (floors, walls), equipment, distribution tables and counters, among others; test new products; work to ensure compliance with quality procedures; prepare basic-standard desserts; perform related tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, as well as proper storage and control of tools, appliances, and equipment.
