Opportunity for visible impact within a leading dermatology company. **Field of work:** Sales, Marketing \& Market Access **Posting Date:** 9 Mar 2026 **Application deadline:** **Location:** Vale do Paraíba \- headquarters city São José dos Campos\-SP , , Brazil **Contract type:** Permanent **Job ID:** 4313 **General Objective** Generate demand for LEO brands within the assigned territory to achieve/exceed sales targets by engaging customers based on mastery of: sales techniques, knowledge of our products, the market, competitors, and customers—with emphasis on LEO product features and benefits. **Role and Responsibilities** * Implement promotional activities in accordance with the Business Strategic Plan defined by the Company. * Ensure up-to-date customer objectives and profiles within the assigned territory; maintain appropriate visit frequency to ensure sales effectiveness. * Understand prescribing patterns and physicians’ needs in the region to guide adoption and expansion of LEO product prescriptions. * Promote business relationships with distribution channels (wholesalers and pharmacy chains) and other key customers to increase product sales. * Build strong, sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), high-potential physicians, non-physician healthcare professionals (nurses, pharmacists), key third parties, and administrative staff. * Actively participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities (congresses, medical meetings). * Organize promotional programs featuring speakers within the territory. * Actively participate in company training programs to maintain a high professional standard. * Execute individual and team-based activities assigned by the District Manager. * Submit written reports on medical requests, promotional events, promotional expenses, travel expenses, and sample inventory. * Manage territory expenses to meet budget objectives. * Maintain up-to-date information on competing products or competitors’ marketing strategies, as well as conduct field studies to sustain LEO’s market leadership. * Comply with pharmacovigilance policies, ANVISA regulations, and the LEO Code of Conduct. * Demonstrate high levels of commitment and reliability, ensuring autonomous work performance. * Meet company-mandated deadlines for executing Marketing activities, including preparation of the ANF. * Execute company-determined Marketing actions accurately and effectively. * Update customer database every six months, assessing productivity and effectiveness in delivering results to customers. * Conduct specific relationship-building activities such as lunches and dinners focused on clinical case discussions, or Marketing-directed initiatives such as Mini Meetings or LEO Meetings. **Job specific competencies** **Education**: Completed Bachelor’s degree **Experience**: 1–2 years in the pharmaceutical industry **Customer Focus** – Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-oriented solutions. **Action Oriented** – Embraces new opportunities and difficult challenges with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm. **Results Driven** – Consistently delivers results, even under challenging circumstances. **Builds Trust** – Earns others’ trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. **Quick Learner** – Actively learns through experimentation when facing new problems, using successes and failures as learning opportunities. **Communicates Effectively** – Develops and delivers communication in various formats to clearly convey understanding of distinct audiences’ specific needs. **Business Acumen** – Applies business and market knowledge to achieve company objectives. **Collaborates** – Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
