Join our Operations team**.** This position is responsible for executing activities related to assessing and informing employees about workplace hazards, guiding them on measures for hazard elimination and neutralization, monitoring accident and incident analyses involving our employees and/or our clients’ employees, proposing actions to reduce incident frequency, overseeing implementation of SSMA corporate department initiatives in the field among our employees, and conducting periodic Occupational Health and Safety inspections during ongoing operations. **Responsibilities and duties*** Procurement, control, and distribution of PPE (including on-site supervision to ensure proper usage); * Verification of occupational safety documentation for Yusen Logistics and third-party employees; * Conducting DDS (Daily Safety Talks) and required training sessions; * Filing of Work Accident Reports (CAT), investigation, and report completion; * Approval of accommodations in accordance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards NR-18 and NR-24\; * Experience in occupational accident analysis and investigation. **Requirements and qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field; * Knowledge of the Brazilian Ministry of Labor’s Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Technical certification in Occupational Safety (Active Registration) – Prior hands-on experience as a field safety technician in logistics is highly desirable; * Flexible working hours; * Willingness to travel; * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is mandatory; * Prior experience in Logistics, preferably in team leadership roles; * Experience with problem-solving methodologies; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Hands-on profile; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Additional information** In addition to offering numerous challenges and an excellent work environment, we care deeply about the well-being of our employees and their families; therefore, we provide: * Market-competitive salary * Medical insurance – extended to dependents * Dental insurance – extended to dependents * Meal allowance or on-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Food allowance * Pharmacy discount program * Life insurance * Educational partnership programs (undergraduate, postgraduate, language courses) * Employee Assistance Program offering psychological, legal, and financial counseling * Our working hours for this position are: Monday to Friday, **07:30 to 17:18\.** **About Yusen Logistics** Yusen Logistics is striving to become the world’s preferred logistics provider across the supply chain.
