Opportunity for professional growth. **Restaurant Attendant** **About the Position** We are seeking a Restaurant Attendant to work in a delivery restaurant, focusing on customer service, order registration and tracking, and daily operational support. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service via WhatsApp, telephone, and delivery apps. * Order registration, verification, and tracking. * Organization of delivery flow. * Support for the restaurant's daily operational routines. **Requirements** * Strong communication skills and responsiveness in customer service. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proficiency with technology, including computers, mobile phones, and order management systems. * Prior experience in customer-facing roles is considered a plus but is not mandatory. **Work Schedule** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Opportunity for growth.
