Participation in clinical meetings and communication with patients **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and control medications, including daily dispensing and inventory. * Complete institutional performance indicators. * Coordinate and guide the pharmacy team. * Verify prescriptions in the system. * Participate in rotating physical inventories. * Be responsible for shift handovers and controlled medication management. * Plan and control supplies. * Manage procurement and inventory. * Comply with pharmaceutical care legislation. * Communicate with healthcare professionals and patients' families regarding medication use. * Monitor requests and dispensing of parenteral nutrition. * Participate in clinical meetings with the multidisciplinary team. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication Location: Sorocaba\-SP Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Prior experience in hospitals or home\-care settings. Clinical Pharmacy.
