About Us GTOP consists of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Legumes) department products on gondolas and islands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands; applying correct pricing; and following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through proper storage on gondolas and islands, in warehouses and cold rooms; sector organization, cleaning, and sanitation; expiration date verification according to the PVPS (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; and adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate Flexible working hours availability; **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Working Hours:** 14:00 15:00 16:00 22:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Program Retail Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
