About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on FLV department shelves and islands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. KEY ACTIVITIES Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; and following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves and islands, in warehouses, and in cold chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); and adhering to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety regulations, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Items), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Av Das Comunidades, 995 \- Centro, Gaspar \- SC **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 2:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Retail Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
