About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department's sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction by appropriately storing products on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; organizing, sanitizing, and cleaning the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); and following procedures, hygiene, quality, safety regulations, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns/exchanges; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Av das comunidades , 995 \- Centro, Gaspar \- SC **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Retail Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
