About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; sector organization, sanitation, and cleaning; expiration date verification according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; as well as adherence to procedures and hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with imminent expiration dates (short-dated items), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 5:20 PM – 9:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Retail Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
