




Job Summary: Wama Diagnóstica is seeking a professional to manage product development and improvement projects, lead teams, and pursue innovations in the healthcare and biotechnology markets. Participation in industry trade fairs and events Wama Diagnóstica has experienced significant growth in recent years and is looking for individuals willing to learn, collaborate, and explore new paths with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** Organize and assign development and/or product improvement project tasks to the team; * Establish and monitor project schedules, including deadlines for task completion; * Provide technical training and supervise the team during execution of area-specific project phases and daily operational activities; * Conduct market research—both domestic and international—to identify emerging trends and propose new products or improvements to the current product line through innovation and/or new suppliers or methodologies; * Receive, categorize, and assess the feasibility of project proposals, then decide—with the company’s Executive Management—whether to proceed; * Participate in negotiations regarding partnership opportunities; * Review and update product leaflets, project documents, and other departmental documentation; * Draft articles for journals and product promotional materials; * Support resolution of technical issues arising during production of existing products; * Attend industry trade fairs and events relevant to the company’s business segment; * Manage the department’s budget; * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology, or related fields in healthcare and biotechnology. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in people management and project management within the healthcare sector. **Desirable Requirements:** * Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Administration.
