Strategic interface with Production and Engineering **General Description** Responsible for directly working on the shop floor as the Quality representative, focusing on real-time compliance of production processes, maintaining strong interaction with Production, and actively preventing deviations. This professional ensures practical implementation of Quality Management System requirements, promotes operational discipline, data-driven decision-making, and a culture of continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** **Field Activities (Shop Floor)** * Continuously operate within the production area, monitor critical processes, and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Intervene decisively with Production leadership in case of deviations and ensure rapid containment and correction. * Ensure proper execution of process controls (releases, inspections, records, etc.). * Promote operational discipline and compliance with procedures. **Quality and Continuous Improvement** * Monitor quality and process indicators, identify trends, and propose data-driven actions. * Conduct root cause analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) and lead non-conformance and CAPA handling. * Apply quality and statistical tools (SPC, sampling plans, trend analysis, etc.). * Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement. * Participate in process validations and production changes. **Quality Management System Management** * Ensure practical application of the QMS in daily production activities. * Support internal and external audits and maintain operational readiness. * Deliver operational training focused on quality and best practices. **Interface and Influence** * Serve as the technical quality reference within the factory. * Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments. * Influence operational decisions based on technical expertise and data. * Support Production leadership in decision-making with independence and critical thinking. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields. * Solid experience in industrial environments, with strong shop-floor involvement. * Practical experience with quality tools and data analysis. * Proactive profile with firm attitude and ability to influence operations. * Ability to work under pressure, with focus on problem-solving. * Experience in regulated industries is a plus (automotive, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical devices, etc.).
