The company’s culture is guided by indicators, standardized processes, and continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing), prioritizing safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. **Key responsibilities include**: * Performing physicochemical analyses of products and raw materials (pH, conductivity, acidity, Brix, ozone measurement, among others); * Collecting samples from water sources and reservoirs for microbiological analyses; * Monitoring tests on finished products and raw materials; * Entering inspection and analysis results into the system (Oracle EBS); * Keeping quality area spreadsheets and indicators up to date; * Managing documents, records, and files within the quality area; * Updating controls related to branch cleaning and compliance; * Requesting materials and services; * Issuing quality control forms; * Delivering training to employees (GMP, Glass Breakage, and related topics); * Supporting the manager in quality area demands; * Complying with internal, sanitary, and safety standards. **Job Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in an industrial environment is preferred; * Knowledge of physicochemical analyses is considered advantageous; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Proficiency or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing practices; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to follow procedures and regulations; * Strong communication skills for delivering internal training. **Compensation:** * Fixed Salary **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão and Taubaté; * Meal allowance of R$347; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy voucher; * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Rotating schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off or 6 days on / 2 days off, across three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); availability to work all three shifts is required.
