We are looking for an organized professional, detail-oriented and skilled in negotiation to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Create and elaborate automotive repair budgets, analyzing damage compatibility with bodywork, painting, and parts replacement services for accident-damaged vehicles; * Assist members with requests related to automotive peripherals (glass, windshields, headlights, taillights, and rearview mirrors); * Conduct quotations and negotiations with accredited suppliers; * Support administrative routines within the events and repairs department; * Monitor and coordinate vehicle movement and removal at the yard, providing support and guidance to tow truck drivers when necessary; * Assist in vehicle receipt and release, performing verifications and registrations according to internal procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in administrative areas, auto parts procurement, claims adjustment, mechanical workshops, bodywork, or insurance companies will be considered a plus; * Experience in developing and negotiating automotive repair budgets; * Basic knowledge of auto parts, bodywork, and painting will be considered a plus; * Experience in vehicle protection services will be considered a plus.
