**Work Location:** Porto Alegre **Schedule:** 5x2, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Salary:** R$ 2\.675,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, life insurance, attendance bonus. **Job Objective** Ensure the planning, organization, and control of church maintenance activities, guaranteeing proper operation, preservation, and safety of facilities through efficient scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance, resource optimization, and support in service execution. **Key Responsibilities** · Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities; · Develop service schedules and monitor their execution; · Manage work orders and prioritize requests; · Conduct periodic inspections of facilities (civil, hydraulic, and electrical systems); · Support supplier and service provider management; · Control maintenance materials, tools, and inventory; · Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators; · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices; · Align actions with the church’s needs and schedule. **Requirements** · Completed high school education (technical training in Construction, Maintenance, or related fields is preferred); · Experience in building maintenance planning; · Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and minor repair work; · Strong organizational, control, and planning skills; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); · Familiarity with maintenance management tools (e.g., Lean Keep) is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** · Planning and organization · Assertive communication · Proactivity · Problem solving · Results- and quality-oriented mindset · Coordination ability Payment: starting from R$2\.675,00 per hour Work location: On-site
