Job Summary: A professional to provide human-centered and proactive technical support, conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and psychosocial follow-up for individuals undergoing triage. Coordination with the mental health care network We seek a professional with a human-centered and proactive mindset to work at our triage unit in Rio das Pedras. The primary objective is to deliver the first technical intake, ensuring that each individual receives a comprehensive evaluation prior to referral to the shelter. **Main Responsibilities:** * Intake and Qualified Listening: Conduct individual and group sessions focused on emotional stabilization and initial diagnosis of those admitted. * Coordination with the Mental Health Care Network (RAPS): Directly accompany admitted individuals during appointments and procedures at CAPS, serving as a liaison between our organization and public mental health services. * Development of Multidisciplinary Records: Draft and structure a detailed follow-up form, consolidating medical, psychosocial, and vulnerability histories. * Diagnostic Flow Management: Ensure that, upon completion of the triage period, the admitted individual arrives at the shelter with a more comprehensive diagnosis and a pre-established Individualized Care Plan (PIA). * Conflict Mediation: Address crisis situations within the triage unit, fostering an environment of respect and safety. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology with active CRP registration. Experience (or strong interest) in public policies, social assistance, and serving people experiencing homelessness. Knowledge of SUS/SUAS operations and the Psychosocial Care Network.
