Lesaffre achieves an annual turnover of €2.2 billion. **Job Description** Plan, develop, execute, and monitor Lesaffre’s industrial technical projects. Implement expansion, modification, and maintenance projects across all engineering disciplines, ensuring adherence to schedules in coordination with all stakeholders. Guarantee that projects meet technical, legal, and quality requirements according to Lesaffre standards, while complying with deadlines and budgets, always prioritizing operational efficiency and safety. Design new industrial processes and optimize existing ones. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Project Management or fields directly related to the scope of work. Proven experience of over 15 years in industrial project management, preferably within the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries. Experience in Greenfield projects is an advantage. **Additional Information** Ability to plan, organize, and manage deadlines and resources. Capacity to interpret performance and operational data to optimize processes. Technical knowledge in areas such as mechanics, electronics, automation, industrial processes, among others. Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills, essential for coordinating teams and interacting with other departments within the company. Willingness to relocate to the Presidente Prudente/SP region and undertake national and international travel. Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish or French is desirable. For foreign candidates, basic Portuguese language proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position at the Narandiba/SP factory.
