Job Summary: Lead and coordinate production activities, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety standards, while motivating the team and optimizing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate the production line, ensuring deadlines and quality. 2. Lead, train, and motivate the team to improve performance and productivity. 3. Monitor KPIs and propose continuous improvements, optimizing processes. * Supervise and coordinate production line activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Lead, train, and motivate the team to improve performance and productivity. * Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Monitor production indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements. * Control efficient use of raw materials and resources, minimizing waste. * Collaborate with other departments (quality, logistics, maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow. * Resolve operational issues and propose solutions for process optimization. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a production leader or supervisor, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and regulatory standards applicable to the cosmetics industry. * Team management and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Technical or higher education in Production Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or related fields (preferred).
