**Malt House Operator** Are you attentive, responsible, and interested in working in industrial processes? Then this opportunity is for you! As a **Malt House Operator**, you will be responsible for operating machinery and performing operational control activities, following sector safety standards and procedures to ensure smooth process operation and product quality. With commitment and attention to detail, you will contribute to the efficiency, safety, and performance of malt house operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Carry out the malt production process—including steeping, germination, and drying—by programming production schedules, operating and adjusting equipment or computerized systems, and monitoring these activities on-site to meet production requirements and achieve desired quality. * Enter productivity and quality data into the computerized system to enable process control and informed decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Familiarity with the malt production process; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Must reside in Entre Rios. **Additional Information** Working here is much more than a job—it’s a complete experience centered on care and well-being!
