Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing operational routines, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, and organization within the assigned area, with a focus on manufacturing and equipment operation. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and utensils. 2. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety requirements. 3. Perform in-process control and parameter monitoring. **ABOUT THE POSITION:** Must be properly trained and familiar with the routine of the assigned area. Ensure proper use and maintenance of all equipment and utensils used. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), thereby maintaining organization and cleanliness of the area. Correctly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work, as specified in procedures or production orders. Maintain safe working conditions for all tasks. Actively participate in Daily Safety Meetings (DDS). Record risk communications when identified. Know, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each activity performed. Receive and relay instructions from the previous shift to the next shift, thus ensuring continuity of tasks to meet scheduled production plans and goals. Perform in-process control, parameter monitoring, and weighing scale verification for the respective area of responsibility. Record required data per established procedures. Organize and prepare accessories and utensils for area operations. Assist in assembling and preparing equipment and accessories according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform manual manufacturing processes and operate simple equipment, such as scales, conveyors, and counters in the cosmetic packaging area. Receive, inspect, transport, store, and load materials (raw materials, intermediate products, bulk finished products, packaging materials, or final packaged finished products) using equipment. Clean, wash, and sanitize equipment/utensils or areas/surfaces per approved procedures for the respective area of responsibility. **ABOUT THE PROFILE:** Education: Technical course in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Preferably at least one year of experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or other production-related industries.
