Job Summary:
A trained professional responsible for supporting daily operations in the production area, ensuring proper equipment usage, adherence to good manufacturing practices, and actively contributing to safety and organization.
Key Highlights:
1. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and utensils.
2. Comply with good manufacturing practices and maintain a clean and organized work area.
3. Actively participate in Daily Safety Meetings (DDS) and document risk communications.
Be adequately trained and familiar with the routines of the assigned area. Ensure proper use and maintenance of all equipment and utensils used. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), thereby maintaining area organization and cleanliness.
Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly according to procedures or production orders; ensure safe working conditions for all tasks. Actively participate in Daily Safety Meetings (DDS). Document risk communications when identified.
Know, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each activity performed.
Receive and relay shift handover instructions from the previous shift to the next shift, ensuring continuity of tasks to meet production schedules and established goals.
Perform in-process control, monitor operational parameters, and verify scales within the respective work area. Record required data per established procedures.
Organize and prepare accessories and utensils for area operations. Assist in assembling and preparing equipment and accessories per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Perform manual manufacturing processes and operate simple equipment such as scales, conveyors, and counters in the cosmetic packaging area.
Receive, inspect, transport, store, and load materials (raw materials, intermediate products, bulk finished products, packaging materials, or final packaged products) using appropriate equipment.
