Production Assistant

Description

**Requirements:** Completed elementary education, prior experience in production area, flexible working hours, and residence in Monte Mor or easy access to the region. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in operating production machines and equipment; * Support wood cutting activities; * Assist in assembling templates and products; * Handle movement of raw materials and finished products; * Perform cleaning and organization of machines, equipment, and work area; * Perform manual tasks such as nailing, tying, screwing, and stapling materials; * Carry out packaging identification and stamping; * Support other departmental activities as required by production needs. **Salary:** R$ 2.013,00 **Benefits:** **During the temporary contract:** * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * On\-site meal. **After permanent hiring:** * Transportation allowance; * Basic food basket; * On\-site meal; * Attendance Bonus (Food Card worth R$ 500,00\); * Drogal Pharmacy Agreement; * Dental Plan (after probation period). **Working Hours:** **1st Shift:** Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; **2nd Shift:** Monday to Thursday, from 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM; Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM; and alternate Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM\. **Additional Information: For 2nd shift employees, the transportation allowance will be provided only for the outbound trip; return transportation will be arranged via company shuttle.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
