We are seeking a Product Assistant to provide operational support in the Products area, assisting with technical inquiries, interfacing with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Showroom, Purchasing, and IT), and tracking portfolio information—ensuring agility and standardization in responses and processes. **Responsibilities**: * Clarify product-related technical questions (dimensions, capacity, material, supplier changes, color variations, and general information); * Send technical specifications, user manuals, and usage and maintenance guidelines (microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, and cleaning); * Support the Sales team and B2B/B2C teams in clarifying product-related questions, pricing, samples, and new launches; * Monitor repurchase forecasts and merchandise arrivals; * Support Customer Service (SAC) with recurring product-related inquiries; * Open and track service tickets for various matters related to the Products area; * Support Showroom-related requests, including: * Monitoring acrylic-displayed products; * Verifying missing items; * Assisting with product descriptions and labels; * Interface with International Purchasing to align information; * Track orders placed by the team (responsible person, date, items, shipment, and order number); * Resolve product discrepancies identified in scanners, acting as liaison with the IT department; * Provide general operational support for product management, ensuring portfolio information organization and updating. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree is a plus * Organizational skills * Strong communication skills * Ability to interface effectively with multiple departments, along with interest in learning about products and internal processes. **What we offer:** * Life Insurance; * Flexible Benefits Card; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Plan through voluntary enrollment, per employee’s choice; * SESC partnership; * Employee discount on company products; * Pharmacy partnership; * Total Pass; Shuttle Van (from subway station to office) * **Location** --------------- Avenida Francisco Matarazzo, 1400, Edifício Torino , Água Branca, São Paulo \- SP, Brazil, 05001\-903
