Job Summary: Support the development and management of projects and teams related to tooling and fixtures for material storage and handling, supervising suppliers and optimizing supply flows. Cost reduction and quality improvement Support the company in developing and managing projects and teams related to tooling and fixtures used for material storage and handling; supervise supplier development in collaboration with the procurement department; support business areas regarding the development of optimal productive supply flows. Organize and maintain technical documentation related to tooling and fixtures, including their construction technologies and development; assist in identifying requirements for managing and enabling new product, process, or production volume projects; prepare technical documents for critical analysis of product validation reports; seek opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement; analyze and interpret technical drawings. Monitor project planning, guiding analysts and specialists to achieve objectives. Contact suppliers involved in improvement or localization projects. Calculate project development costs. Supervise on-site operations conducted during requested tests. Prepare technical documents for critical analysis of product or process validation reports. Monitor project management for new products, processes, or production volumes; stay continuously updated on emerging technologies and innovations in the automotive market and manufacturing industry. Perform other related duties.
