Job Summary: A Process Engineer to analyze technical feasibility, develop process and fixture drawings, create CNC programs, and propose improvements to existing production processes. Technical support to internal departments and customers, and communication with suppliers Machining industry seeks a Process Engineer in Piracicaba (Unileste). **Responsibilities:** Perform critical analysis to assess manufacturing technical feasibility based on customer-provided drawings or samples, including production cost estimation. Develop process and fixture drawings, specifying technical characteristics, production steps, machining times, tools, manufacturing routings, and quality control procedures, supported by CAD/CAM tools. Develop CNC machining programs and propose improvements to existing production processes. Clarify questions from Production Control (PCP) and other industrial departments regarding drawings, parts, materials, and technical specifications; monitor production as needed to validate processes and fixtures and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Provide technical support for customer service activities related to quotations, orders, and technical inquiries, and communicate with suppliers regarding technical specifications and commercial matters. Previous experience as a Process Analyst, Process Specialist, Process Coordinator, or Process Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
