Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the quality and functionality of pharmaceutical care services, ensuring appropriate medication use through team supervision and management, and complying with legal and sanitary requirements. Medication routine and protocol management Maintain pharmaceutical care services operational and of high quality, aligned with legal and sanitary requirements, while ensuring appropriate medication use through supervision of pharmacists and assistants within the Own Network. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor clinical governance activities performed by staff, aligned with organizational strategies; * Track and monitor participation in clinical governance training, as well as implementation of preventive measures during routine care, using indicators for monitoring; * Ensure compliance with organizational rules, as well as information quality and integrity provided by the department; * Supervise team professional development based on competency-based management, contributing to a performance-oriented culture aimed at achieving better results and keeping the team consistently aligned, motivated, and up-to-date; * Manage routines (ITs), departmental manuals, and medication protocols; * Conduct inventory assessments (stock) by reconciling physical stock counts with reports generated by the information system, identifying potential discrepancies; * Supervise activities related to material and medication dispensing; * Supervise traceability of medications and materials used in the Hospital; * Monitor technical complaints regarding materials and medications, supervising pharmacovigilance and technovigilance actions; * Monitor sanitary and accreditation requirements; * Prepare monthly reports on costs related to material and medication consumption; * Monitor the operation of all Santos Dumont pharmaceutical care structures concerning dispensing and clinical pharmacy; * Produce quality documents and processes in accordance with institutional practices; * Receive health surveillance inspectors or Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) auditors, providing requested information and guiding them to inspection sites, ensuring proper pharmacy operations; * Receive, process, and develop action plans for received risk notifications; * Renew essential pharmacy operating documents with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF), ANVISA, and SIVISA (Municipal Health Surveillance); * Monitor activities related to Class A indicators, inventory, and urgent requests for own resources; * Responsible for People Management processes (vacations, attendance control, training, evaluations, follow-up). **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Technical:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy with active professional registration; * Specialization in the field is desirable; * Proficiency in legislation governing material and medication dispensing; * Knowledge of hospital workflows and processes; * Knowledge of clinical pharmacy; * Familiarity with the Tasy system; * Experience in leadership and people management. #### **Behavioral** * Purpose-driven leadership promoting clarity, trust, and alignment with organizational values; * Development and appreciation of people, respecting diversity and preparing teams for challenges; * Building solid relationships with clear communication and partnerships across diverse stakeholders; * Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring sustainable relationships; * Strategic vision and results orientation, identifying opportunities and driving competitiveness; * Responsible decision-making and efficient resource management; * Proactivity in response to change, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement; * Commitment to organizational goals, acting with ownership mindset. **Additional Information** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM #### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance On-site parking Food Voucher: R$ 269.62/month Pharmacy discounts Unimed SJC Benefits Club — Offers exclusive discounts and experiences for members at various establishments.
