Responsibilities: * Serve customers by providing personalized assistance in selecting medications and related products; * Maintain an organized inventory and manage pharmaceutical stock; * Process medical prescriptions and advise customers on the correct usage of medications; * Provide relevant information regarding side effects, drug interactions, and contraindications; * Ensure products are properly labeled and records are maintained in compliance with established regulations; * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate suggestions to better meet their expectations; * Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry developments and participate in regular training to enhance professional knowledge. Requirements: * Experience in medication dispensing. * Solid knowledge of medications, including their characteristics, recommended dosages, and possible side effects; * Ability to interact empathetically and courteously with customers, delivering exceptional service; * Capacity to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; Work Schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off; Transportation Allowance (VT); Working Hours: 12:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break; Career Development Plan; Partnership with Cruzeiro do Sul University (Distance Learning); Pharmacy Benefit Plan, available after gaining experience; Meal Voucher (VR) of R$ 200.00, available after gaining experience; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
