




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service at a pharmacy, providing information, clarifying inquiries, conducting sales, and organizing and controlling inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support regarding products and medications 2. Sales management, payment processing, and product organization 3. Verification of expiration dates and pricing * Provide information about medications, products, and services offered by the pharmacy. * Clarify questions regarding dosage and indications, respecting legal limitations and referring customers to the pharmacist when necessary. * Identify customer needs and recommend additional products to increase sales. * Record sales in the system and issue invoices. * Accept payments in cash, credit/debit card, or other payment methods. * Perform cash register closing at the end of each shift. * Maintain the counter and shelves organized, clean, and adequately stocked. * Verify product expiration dates and flag expired or soon-to-expire items. * Ensure products are correctly priced.
