**Pharmacy Dispatch Assistant \- São Bernardo do Campo** **Main Responsibilities:** Picking of compounded orders. Verify and accurately pick medications according to prescriptions and production orders. Ensure all items in the order comply with the prescription and customer labeling. Proper packaging of products. Package medications safely, hygienically, and in accordance with Anvisa regulations, ensuring product integrity and preservation. Delivery deadline control. Monitor deadlines and collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery within established timeframes. Label, correctly identify, and dispatch orders for in-store pickup. **Requirements:** Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatch, pharmacy, or warehouse operations. Completed high school education. Basic knowledge of inventory control, picking, packaging, and goods dispatch. Proficiency with computer systems, Excel, and Word; familiarity with warehouse organization, location addressing, and order verification. Knowledge of invoices and documentation is desirable; proactivity and willingness to learn. Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:20 PM, with one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month.
