S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talent to serve as **PHARMACY COORDINATOR** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the team of pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy technicians, ensuring smooth sector operations; * Supervise processes related to receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispensing of medications and hospital supplies; * Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations, applicable RDCs, Sanitary Surveillance, and the Regional Council of Pharmacy; * Conduct and monitor periodic inventories and internal audits within the sector; * Implement and monitor protocols for rational drug use and patient safety; * Support the Medication Standardization Committee and participate in procurement management with the supply department; * Control specially regulated medications (Ordinance 344/98\), maintaining updated records in compliance with regulatory authorities; * Develop and promote training programs for the technical team; * Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements; * Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure effective pharmaceutical care. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in health services management; * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy, with supervision or coordination responsibilities. **Additional Information** * Workload: 220 hours per month Salary: R$ 4\.593,32 \+ 324,20 (hazard pay) * S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution of social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in multiple states and municipalities across Brazil, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** Serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** Build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** Be a nationally recognized reference institution delivering services humanely in health, education, and social assistance.
