Inventory control and purchase order management. **Job Mission** Provide operational support to the pharmacy, ensuring smooth store operations, proper product organization, and excellent customer service, thereby contributing to the quality and safety of compounding, sales, and product management processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Shelf organization, including price and product expiry date verification. * Stock deduction and cash register closing. * Recording of invoices and processing of payments in the system. * Customer service for prescription order placement and pickup. * Production sheet issuance and formula entry into the system. * Product labeling according to pharmacy standards. * Transferring proprietary-brand products between stores. * Contacting customers regarding order delivery and pickup confirmation. * Managing payments, adjustments, and refunds in the system. * Inventory management, updating records and monitoring stock levels. * Requesting purchase orders to replenish store inventory. * Disposal of products uncollected by customers for over three months. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in computerized systems for recording formulas, orders, invoices, and payments. * Reading and interpreting prescriptions. * Basic guidance on medications and cosmetics. * Inventory control, adjustments, and refunds. * Purchase order management and inter-store transfers.
