Main Responsibilities: Customer Service; Always prioritize humanized and efficient customer service at the pharmacy; Provide information about medicines and store products; Respond to requests from the pharmacist and management; Verify medicines during dispensing together with the pharmacist, ensuring double-checking when required; Legibly record customer data on prescriptions for controlled or antimicrobial drugs and confirm with the pharmacist; Cashier Operations; Correctly register products at the cash register; Receive purchase payments attentively and in accordance with company policies; Operate the cash register system and other systems related to pharmacy operations; Organization and Cleaning; Keep the counter, convenience refrigerators, medicine shelves, and POS terminals clean and organized; Ensure cleanliness and organization of pharmacy sections and common areas; Stock Replenishment and Inventory Control; Restock merchandise in sections and gondolas, ensuring products are organized and easily accessible; Verify received medicines and products and store them correctly; Check product and medicine expiration dates; Conduct periodic inventories, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies; Price products accurately according to pharmacy regulations; Support to Management and Pharmacist; Carry out tasks and requests assigned by management and the pharmacist; Assist in maintaining operations in line with company standards; Collaborate with the pharmacist in organizing controlled medicines, following internal procedures and current legislation. Requirements: Completed high school education; completed or ongoing higher education is an advantage; Basic knowledge of Excel and Office suite; Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or retail is desirable; Experience in customer service; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
