Responsible for stocking and dispensing medical-hospital supplies and medications, aiming to deliver them to patients with quality and safety at Hospital Mãe de Deus, always aligned with the Institution’s Mission, Vision, and ethical, moral, and human values, grounded in the principles of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo Scalabrinian. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Assist in ensuring the quality of hemocomponents through temperature monitoring and recording (freezers, platelet storage units, ambient conditions, and refrigerators), hematological screening, and proper collection and processing; 2\. Ensure medical-hospital supplies and medications remain within their expiration dates and appropriate storage temperatures by performing on-site product verification and periodic checks of thermo-hygrometers. 3\. Support the availability of medical-hospital supplies, medications, and administrative materials by conducting inventory counts, verifying stock levels, and requesting replenishment via HMD’s institutional system. 4\. Support the stocking of medical-hospital supplies and medications through receipt, verification, and registration of invoices in HMD’s institutional Pharmaceutical Assistance Service system. 5\. Ensure the receipt, verification, and storage of returned medical-hospital supplies and medications through periodic collection from clinical areas. 6\. Provide technical support in pre-established cases by contacting the hospital pharmacist. 7\. Contribute to maintaining equipment, workbenches, and shelves in suitable condition for use through periodic cleaning. 8\.
