Description
**Main Responsibilities:**
1\. Dispense, deliver, and process returns of materials and medications to Inpatient Units, Intensive Care Units, Operating Rooms, and other departments.
2\. Monitor surgical schedules (Operating Room and outpatient surgeries), assessing availability of materials and medications required for assembling surgical kits and occasional-use items.
3\. Analyze inventory levels, flagging low stock or stockouts.
4\. Assemble surgical kits and procedure kits.
5\. Place orders, handle, and receive inventory transfers (across all storage locations).
6\. Restock and store inventory (across all storage locations).
7\. Conduct counts during cyclic inventories.
8\. Control surgical kits and procedures, assembled according to the surgical schedule, emergency kits, and standard inventory.
9\. Clean and organize the work environment, materials, and equipment; record temperature and humidity.
10\. Provide support to nursing teams via phone or in person, and escalate queries to pharmacists for clarification.
11\. Verify expiration dates, perform write-offs due to expiration, contamination, or breakage of materials and medications.
12\. Examine, inspect, and report quality deviations of materials and medications to pharmacists.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School Education
**Schedule Availability:** 12x36 shift (06:30 AM to 6:30 PM) or commercial hours
