Job Summary: We are seeking a field-based professional responsible for visiting pharmacies to train staff on dispensing Mevo digital prescriptions, ensuring correct platform usage. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct in-person visits and hands-on training at pharmacies. 2. Collect feedback and report insights to improve the platform. 3. Maintain a visit schedule and track activated pharmacies. #### **Position Summary** We are seeking a field-based professional responsible for visiting pharmacies to deliver training to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on dispensing Mevo digital prescriptions, ensuring establishments understand and correctly use the platform in their daily operations. You will serve as the user’s right-hand support during their initial adoption phase—removing technical barriers and enabling them to quickly recognize the platform’s value, thereby driving consistent usage. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct in-person visits to private pharmacies (large chains and independents) and public pharmacies to activate the **Mevo Pharmacists** platform. * Deliver hands-on training to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on the Mevo digital prescription dispensing workflow. * Identify and map pharmacies in strategic regions for network expansion. * Plan and execute efficient field visit routing. * Formalize records of completed visits, documenting training sessions and interactions with establishments. * Collect structured feedback on challenges, questions, and opportunities for platform improvement. * Report field insights and learnings to the Pharmacy Support, Product, and UX teams. * Maintain an organized visit schedule and track activated pharmacies. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel. * Availability for business trips. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Ability to conduct training and explain concepts clearly and didactically. * Analytical, collaborative, and proactive mindset. * Comfort operating in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent demands. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related health fields. * Prior experience in field activities (e.g., visits, training, or activation). * Experience in customer-facing roles. * Experience working in startups, healthtechs, or technology companies. * Proficiency with presentation and organization tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, or similar). ### **Benefits:** * TotalPass Benefit; * Meal Voucher and Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Health Insurance; * Daycare Assistance (for children up to 6 years old); * Dental Plan; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Petlove Benefit; * Bonus (based on goal achievement);
