Job Summary: Pharmacist responsible for medication dispensing, inventory control, and quality management, promoting health and preventing diseases. Key Highlights: 1. Health promotion and disease prevention #### **Responsibilities** * Dispense medications and counsel patients on correct usage, dosage, drug interactions, and adverse effects. * Manage pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring organization, expiration date tracking, and appropriate storage conditions. * Participate in pharmacy quality management, ensuring compliance with Good Dispensing Practices and other sanitary regulations. * Maintain records for controlled substances (as per Ordinance 344/98), ensuring legal compliance. * Promote health and prevent diseases by providing guidance on healthy habits and vaccination. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with active registration at the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) of São Paulo. * Ability to interpret medical prescriptions and perform pharmaceutical calculations accurately. * Capacity to identify drug interactions and adverse reactions, proposing appropriate interventions. * Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and inventory control software. * Availability to work in Caraguatatuba, SP, on a rotating shift schedule. #### **Skills** * Medication Dispensing * Clinical Pharmacology * Pharmaceutical Legislation (ANVISA) * Inventory Control * Customer Service * Pharmaceutical Calculations * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Pharmacy Management Systems * Therapeutic Communication ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** REGIONAL BARRETOS
