Provide technical support and participate in incident investigations **Information** --------------- * Santos/SP * 12x36 \- 7 AM to 7 PM * 1 vacancy * 3-stage hiring process * R$ 4\.900,00 \- R$ 5\.100,00 * CLT employment contract **Description** ------------- Analyze prescriptions for compliance; Contact prescribers to adjust therapeutic interventions; Conduct shift handovers, documenting key events and items requiring monitoring; Research adverse drug reactions, drug interactions, medication compatibility, etc.; Validate medications brought by patients; Submit daily consumption data of Restricted-Use Antimicrobials to SCIRAS; Populate spreadsheets for data collection by the Pharmaceutical Care Service; Monitor medication and material dispensing, returns, and transfers; Track inventory levels, consumption patterns, and ongoing treatments to ensure adequate supply and delivery; Loan supplies between partner institutions; Provide technical support during medication receipt; Receive, verify, and dispense parenteral nutrition; Perform verification and validation of medications undergoing fractionation; Support health surveillance (VISA) and Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) inspections, as well as other regulatory audits; Cover shifts as required by the scheduling system; Report incidents and participate in incident investigation processes. **Qualifications** ---------------- Mandatory: Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Prescription Analysis, Hospital Management, or Health Quality; Familiarity with Ordinance No. 344/98 and Hospital Dispensing Systems; Proficiency in basic calculations and techniques for medication storage and inventory management; English language proficiency and LGPD knowledge **Benefits** -------------- * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Day Off * TotalPass * On-site Cafeteria * Childcare Assistance * SESC Partnership Benefits * Discount Partnerships
