Pharmacy Analyst to ensure prescription compliance, monitor therapies, control inventory, and participate in regulatory inspections, guaranteeing the medication dispensing process.

**Description**

Analyze prescriptions for compliance; Contact prescribers to adjust therapeutic management; Conduct shift handovers describing key events and items requiring monitoring; Conduct research on adverse effects, drug interactions, medication compatibility, etc.; Validate medications brought by patients; Submit daily consumption data of Restricted-Use Antimicrobials to SCIRAS; Populate spreadsheets for data collection by the Pharmaceutical Care Service; Monitor medication and material dispensing, return, and transfer processes; Track inventory levels, consumption, and ongoing treatments to ensure adequate supply and delivery; Facilitate supply loans between partner institutions; Provide technical support for medication receipt; Receive, verify, and dispense parenteral nutrition; Perform verification and validation of medications undergoing fractionation; Accompany inspections conducted by health surveillance agencies (VISA), Regional Councils of Pharmacy (CRF), and other regulatory bodies; Cover shifts as required by the scheduling system; Report and participate in incident investigation processes.
**Qualifications**

Required: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Prescription Analysis, Hospital Management, or Health Quality; Familiarity with Ordinance No. 344/98 and Hospital Dispensing Systems; Basic calculations and techniques for medication storage and inventory management; English language proficiency and LGPD knowledge
