Job Summary: A professional responsible for medication dispensing and management, ensuring legal compliance, high-quality service, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure correct dispensing and administration of medications 2. Ensure compliance with sanitary and pharmaceutical regulations 3. Coordinate, guide, and develop the team of staff members * Ensure correct dispensing of prescribed medications, including prescription verification, appropriate dosage, and patient counseling on usage and side effects. * Administer injectables. * Ensure compliance with sanitary and pharmaceutical regulations (ANVISA, CRF, etc.). * Manage controls for specially controlled medications and prepare mandatory reports. * Provide patients with counseling on prescribed medications, including dosage instructions, possible drug interactions, and side effects. * Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate availability of medications and hygiene and beauty products. * Conduct inventory checks. * Verify validity of medical prescriptions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and monitoring expiration dates of in-stock medications. * Ensure inclusion of prescriptions in the SNGPC system. * Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to patients’ questions, concerns, and needs. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures. * Monitor performance indicators such as sales, average transaction value, revenue, and expenses. * Monitor goal achievement and implement strategies to improve results. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace and service areas. * Supervise product display, pricing, and promotions. * Monitor expiration dates of medications and products. * Represent the pharmacy before regulatory authorities and during inspections. * Ensure maintenance of the operating license. * Coordinate, guide, and develop the team of staff members, promoting training and feedback. * Ensure proper scheduling of staff shifts. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.242,31 – R$5.635,00 per month Work Location: On-site
