POSITION MISSION** Ensure the safe, effective, and rational use of medications, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary, ethical, and legal regulations, promoting health, providing appropriate patient counseling, and ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical services delivered. **3. POSITION OBJECTIVE** Perform technical, ethical, and responsible activities in the management, dispensing, control, and counseling related to medications and health products, ensuring compliance with sanitary legislation and excellence in patient/client care. **4. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Act as the **Technical Responsible**, when appointed; * Ensure compliance with regulations from **ANVISA**, **Health Surveillance**, and **CRF**; * Supervise processes related to medication dispensing; * Ensure accurate pharmaceutical counseling to patients; * Control and monitor medications subject to special control; * Conduct pharmacovigilance and adverse reaction monitoring; * Develop and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Ensure product quality, safety, and traceability; * Manage inventory, expiration dates, storage, and proper disposal; * Counsel and supervise technical staff and assistants. **5. OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES** * Dispense medications with appropriate technical counseling; * Review medical prescriptions; * Register and control controlled medications; * Monitor patients where applicable; * Provide pharmaceutical services (as permitted by qualification): * + Blood pressure measurement; + Rapid tests; + Injectable administration; + Pharmacotherapeutic monitoring; * Prepare technical reports and mandatory records; * Support audits, inspections, and sanitary oversight activities. **6. AUTONOMY AND DECISION-MAKING** * Technical autonomy within the legal limits of the profession; * Decision-making authority regarding safe medication dispensing; * Authority to halt processes in case of sanitary risk; * Actions consistently guided by professional ethics and current legislation. **7. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * Knowledge of sanitary and pharmaceutical legislation; * Pharmacology and pharmacotherapy; * Good Pharmaceutical Practices; * Control of special medications; * Record-keeping and control systems; * Inventory and expiry date management; * Patient counseling and service delivery. **8. POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmacy**; * Active registration with the **CRF**; * Familiarity with ANVISA regulations and sanitary legislation; * Willingness to assume Technical Responsibility, where applicable; * Prior experience (desirable, depending on area of practice). **10. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)** * Compliance with sanitary regulations; * Error or non-conformance rate; * Quality of patient care; * Inventory organization and control; * Audit and inspection outcomes; * Adherence to deadlines and technical routines. **11.
