




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Marabá. * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure performance levels of commercial indicators by intervening in deviations and proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Guarantee achievement of sales and profitability targets for the unit. * Exercise technical responsibility for the unit. * Conduct and oversee customer service in-store and across service channels, providing technical guidance. * Maintain the established service standard in the commercial area. * Review prescriptions and contact prescribers to resolve questions and pending issues. * Perform laboratory checklist (RDC) and comply with all required items. * Verify and submit SNGPC files and resolve inconsistencies, as well as control physical inventory of controlled raw materials. * Conduct medical visits. * Train and develop the store team in commercial, technical, behavioral, and product-related aspects, evaluating the effectiveness of such training. **COMPETENCIES:** * Concentrated attention. * Detail-oriented. * Communication skills. * Teamwork. * Interpersonal skills.
