Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform clinical pharmacy and specialized services assistance activities, including therapeutic counseling for users, pharmacotherapy review, pharmacotherapeutic monitoring, medication reconciliation, and evaluation and promotion of therapeutic adherence, carrying out interventions with prescribers and/or users according to internal protocols. * Validate/Monitor the entire process of receiving materials and medications, in accordance with internal procedures and Good Practices for Receiving and Storing Medications and Materials, thereby maintaining their quality and therapeutic efficacy. * Receive and evaluate requests for non-standardized medications and materials, issuing opinions on possible substitution with standardized alternatives and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions. * Conduct training sessions for department staff to qualify them on institutional norms and procedures, ensuring process quality. * Verify medication dispensing, assessing work performed by other Pharmacy team members to ensure process quality. * Monitor and carry out routine compounding and dispensing of oral liquids and injectable solids, complying with operational procedures, current legislation, and ensuring medication quality and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** LOCATION: AME Taubaté SCHEDULE / SHIFT: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- Monday through Friday **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Daycare Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Outpatient and Dental Care \- SP **Partnerships:** * Universities * Pharmacies * SESC Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Civil Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo is a nonprofit philanthropic entity founded in March 1964 by a group of entrepreneurs from the construction sector to serve construction workers and their families.
