Provides pharmaceutical care and serves customers **About the position:** Pharmapele Marabá is looking for a **Pharmacist**. Sérvulo Brito, 280 \- Novo Horizonte, Marabá \- PA, 68503\-800 **Responsibilities:** * Perform formula analysis using the weighing sheet, ensuring compliance with the customer's prescription. * Evaluate patient data, such as weight and specific needs, to ensure correct dosing of formulations. * Daily dispatch of materials to the laboratory for formulation production. * Verify formulation colors, sizes, quantities, and active ingredients to prevent compounding errors. * Issue and verify medication labels, ensuring accurate identification (patient name, instructions, etc.). * Perform separation, packaging, and labeling of compounded formulations. * Assess the need for specific labels (e.g., black stripe), ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. * Process outgoing shipments in the internal system, ensuring proper control over production and delivery. * Provide technical support to compounders and laboratory technicians. * Conduct monthly meetings with the technical team to improve internal processes. * Provide pharmaceutical care support to the store's sales team. * Serve customers as needed, performing brief anamnesis to understand their needs and advise on appropriate compounding. * Perform pharmaceutical prescriptions (excluding antibiotics and controlled medications), in accordance with regulations. * Participate in quality control activities through technical team management. * Organize and archive records of controlled medications together with their respective prescriptions. **Technical Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy**. * Specialization in the field is desirable. * Experience in **compounding pharmacy or drugstore**. * **Personal vehicle** required for travel between units. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Sustained attention. * Results orientation. * Commitment. * Organization. * Attention to detail. **Work Model, Schedule, and Salary:** * In-person CLT employment, standard business hours Working Hours * **44 hours per week** * **Monday to Friday:** 8 hours per day * **Saturday:** 4 hours * Rotating schedule covering both units Salary and Benefits * **Salary:** R$ 4\.518,00 * **Benefit:** Transportation allowance of **R$ 200,00** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
